 Snowrunner is a premium fly tying material known for its translucent, strong hairs, particularly suited to large flies, including pike, salmon, and rainbow trout. This hair comes from a farmed animal (goat) and has a texture somewhere between polar bear and fox, making it ideal for maintaining the volume of your flies in the water.

 Available in a variety of colors and lengths, typically 10 to 30 cm, it is prized for its resistance to tangling compared to synthetic materials. Some fly tyers even use Snowrunner brushes to create hollow baitfish bodies that hold their shape in the water.
