 The new Lateral Scale Flashabou is a durable, wide-profile fly-tying material designed for use in both freshwater and saltwater. It features a natural pearlescent finish applied to horizontally crimped fibers, creating a realistic scale appearance with excellent luster and natural movement in the water.


 This material is ideal for tying minnow and baitfish patterns, as well as jigs and poppers for warm-water species. It's an excellent choice for tying flies for Florida tarpon, Mexican snook, upper Midwest muskellunge, or East Coast striped bass. The crimped fibers produce a very realistic scale effect and a wobbling action that attracts fish.
